    On cPanel, click MySQL

THen create a database name and a user

You can then go to PHPMyAdmin below that, and then insert, import or load your SQL

You should create a Database, then create a username and password, then you need to link them

You create a database title wher you have

Then underneath that, you create a user and password. Then you link them

Then go to PHPMYADMIN then import your file

then create your db, and give phpmyadmin the relvent data to access it.
Its just a nice simple Database mangament tool, you dont need it if you want to code all your own querys etc, but i prefer useing it as it makes it easyer to visulaise
