Well, not really my family. Mostly my brother. He abuses me and my parents and he swears constantly. He always hits me and my parents can't stop him. Hes two years older than me, hes nearly 15.

I should be careful, hes a member of this forum

Im curious as to why your mum and particularly dad cant stop him

No, my brother is very. Erm. Quiet?
He doesn't have very many friends.
And if my parents shout he just shouts back.

If your brother is hitting you why cant your pareants phsically restrain him
Ive never met a fifteen year old who doesnt shout back

Thats like me.. my brother does exactly that but he's 16 and has a lot of friends that are dr'uggies etc.
He knocked me out cold once and my mom can't physically restrain him he towers over her and she has arthritis and if my dad does he'll chuck him out and that'll cause a lot of stress. My dad smacked his head off the wall once and walked out it gets that bad.. My mom started to lose her hair a while back from the stress but thats stopped now so yea i also need help..

Aye, reponsibility for your brothers lies with your parents however at 16 your parents arn't legally obliged to provide for him if he isnt in full time education.
And there is allways the police for domestic abuse

If someone is psyically abusing you on a regular basis or even one off it is still a crime
