mysql help

I need mysql help. Im trying to make a mysql database in cPanel and im so confused. I made one called forum123 but right before forum123 it says werehabb_forum123 what do I use? werehabb_forum123 or forum123. I think im doing this wrong, its for my VB

use werehabb_forum123.. since the werehabb is the prefix..

what about fior the username and pass

set them up via cpanel..

You set your password and username up in myphpadmin, then you will need to associate that username with the database.
