Weekdays-5hours.

Depends what im doing, if im out with mates or if i'v got a running competition.
Today i'v only been on about one hour.
Normally; weekends about 3-5 hours

2 - 5 Hours weekdays.
On weekends I just go on for random times..

Weekdays 3-4 Hours
Weekends like 7-8 Hours but it depends if my friends are going out or something, then It's usually like 4-5 hours.
