It means that they've seen a hate room for julia every hour.

I knew her on several different accounts. She wasn't to bad at first but later on she had ditched me for some time now and this isn't a lie because I was introduced to her by a friend of mine a long time ago. My point is, everyone changes at one point and she just became snaughty like any other rich person would be at one point. The thing she must have gotten closer to the riches and became one of them and started to brag or something that made people hate her this badly.

This may be stupid but I wanted to voice my opinion
