Well if you are 'permed' on one account and then cautioned on this one you are obviously not a saint so the chances are that the perm ban was deserved. However you can appeal against a ban at the link Xuzuno said.

I was cautioned because someone went completely off topic in one of my threads and I couldnt help replying

if u said u was banned then u would use 'Why am i banned' which would tell you, or you could use the 'Other' to appeal for the ban
