Xbox - Halo 2 - HELP!

Hello.. I have Halo 2 for my Xbox and I have had it since Crimbo.
I cannot play it because it is it another Language. Im suspecting the Language is French but I dont know for sure. Im this guy and I have to move in the direction of the red lights, when they light up. This is at the start, I complete that with my common sence but then he mumbles on in another Language. I turn of the Xbox after 10 minutes because im not far from smashing the thing up Lol.
Its rarther frustrating, I want to ask all you Halo 2 players.

1. Is that what happens at the start of the game?
2. Is their any way I could change the language settings?

Zainx, I bought the game from 'Game' and then made a copy. I took back the original game and used the copied version.

So it is an original game.

Hehe, my brother bought Halo 2 last month and he won a whole Xbox prize with an Xbox, controller, a few games (including halo 2) and a t-shirt. It was pretty dumb seeing as he already has an Xbox and Halo 2, lol.

I have the game, ya that is the correct beginning, but how coul you be so stupid Microsift isnt so dum as it seems, they must've put some sort of code in it, or you have a messed up game
