I found this website that people probably already know about but www.netdisaster.com - You type in the URL and choose your weapon of destruction and click go. Then it takes you to that website you typed in and you can destroy it.
Disclaimer: The Site doesnt actually reak websites and it has nothing to do whith HTML apart from coding the website. Please do not come crying to me when you find you havent actually destroyed their site. This is Great for taking anger out on!:8

Theres also the NukeAnything plugins for firefox, not exsactly nukeing but allows your to remove bits from pages, and it rembers it unless u tell it not to "/
