Need improvements on my hosting layout

Hi can you rate what I have done so far and give me some improvements:

need to darken it a bit, its kinda blinding and hard to se the outlines and tabs etc.

(this may be becuse im currenly in a darkend room and 2 lazy to switch lights on)

I dident want a dark layout. I wanted a light and clean layout. The outlines on the tabs are hard to see, I agree, but I dont want them to stick out too much.

:S Tom i can see that needs improvement, i don't like the colours i'd prefera bit darker colors not to dark, but, it just looks a bit plain and the content boxes are ugly :s

What content box? I dont have a content box yet. Also I aint done yet So it might look a bit plain.

NOTE: I DO NOT WANT A DARK LAYOUT, and I want it simple!

tom its ok not the best i can see its finashed lol its ok not the best you know what its better what i can do i got some guy to make my new one but o well
