A Few more values [again]

Here is another of my rare reports, as always please PM me with your feedback, believe it or not.. i take it into account in my future reports!

To simplify my report, i have colour coded the names.
Green is for rares that are trading above their value
Blue is for rares trading at or very close to their value
Red is for rares trading below their value

Blue Amber
Habbox Value: 1.8 HC
I have seen the following deals:
2.5 HCs [2 Times]
2 HCs [2 Times]
Prediction: Almost impossible to see being sold. I only managed to watch these because i specifically asked to be told when some where found. Like the grey bb, drastically undervalued.

White Pillow
Habbox Value: 1 HC
I have seen the following deals:
0.7 HC [2 Times]
0.5 HC [3 Times]
Prediction: The majority of deals are 1HC, as the people who have them will not accept less than that for them.

Study
Habbox Value: 1 HC
I have seen the following deals:
1 HC [5 Times]
Prediction: Steady at its current value, there are adequate sellers to supply the demand.

Red Dragon

Habbox Value: 1 HC
I have seen the following deals:
0.8 HC [4 Times]
0.6 HC [1 Time]
Prediction: The people that are selling dragons are prepared to give profit for a quick trade, as a result people arebeginning to give more and more to ensure you buy.

Petal
Habbox Value: 3.4 HC
I have seen the following deals:
3.5 HC [12 Times]
Prediction: Trading steadily, at 3.5 HC.

Aloe Vera
Habbox Value: 2.5 HC
3 HC [3 Times]
Prediction: I have seen 3 traded in about a week, and they were all today. Pretty much says it all.

Green Parasol
Habbox Value: 1 HC
1 HC [4 Times]
Prediction: Steady trades, never go for less than a HC.
