Here's my second batch of them. ;D

Throne - 24.3 CS - Not a lot seem to want to sell theirs at 24 CS and want a bit more, the most i've seen one sell is at 25 unpure, but it's usually just selling for 24 Pure and a rare bear rug. Seen - 9 Times

Throne Sofa - 3.8 CS - It's nearly impossible to sell at 4 pure these days, so people are usually giving 3 pure and an oil or tub. Seen - 4 Times

Imperials - 1.7 CS - This is probably the hardest out of all furnis to sell for 2 pure. No one wants them at all and most people offer 1.5 for them. I've seen some go for 2 pure but mostly 1.5. I've seen the median used here with people offering an HC and Speaker for them. - Seen 6 times.

Red Amber Lamp - 2 CS - Ambers are wanted a lot once again. I've seen offers range from 1.8-2.5 CS Unpure. But now most people are offering 2 pure and most are accepting. Seen - 5 Times

Purple Para - 1.1 CS - Spring is here, and people love to make spring rooms. People are offering a tad bit more for them but expect the craze to die down soon. Seen - 5 Times

Green Para - 1.1 CS - Same as above. Seen 7 Times

Yellow Para - 1.1 CS - See Purple Para. Seen 6 Times

Paraset with Orange - 6.5 CS - With some 3 paras raising a bit, the paraset seems a bit more wanted than other times. Seen 2 Times.

Paraset without Orange - 3.5 CS - This seems more wanted than the set with the orange para. A lot more liked now. Seen 4 Times.
