Looking for a (near) professional web designer

I'm looking for someone who is a great coder/designer. Graphic skills are not necessary, but definetley a good trait to have. PHP and basic skills a must! No need for any hosting...etc, I have that already; I just want someone who can do a better job than I, in a quicker amount of time!

Sorry, I need someone who can write a login script, as well as other "fun" things such as polls, contests...etc.

depends what kinda login script, i mean you can get one easy if you buy hosting, i could make one using javascript though, however it is complicated to add users etc

I want a good login script where users can sign in, and someone who can make a forum. Yes, make, not setup. The hosting would allow you to do whatever you want. Mentor, you can't spell, so I wouldn't hire you.
