Red means that the peice of furni is trading lower then its value.
Orange means its trading at or close to its rare value.
And green means its trading higher its value.


Pop up egg:

I have seen it trade at:
13rd (2 times)
14rd (2 times)
15rd (3 times)
16rd (2 times)
Since it is easter it proably going to be sold a bit higher but after easter it will slowly start to decreas.

Pumpkin:
Habbox value - 16rd
I have seen it trade at:
15rd (3 times)
16rd (2 times)
17rd (2 times)
Seems to be getting quiet popular depending on peoples taste but in the near future i think we will be seeing this rare going higher.

Gold star:
Habbox value - 11 rd
I have seen it trade at:
11rd (3 times)
12rd (2 times)
People seem to like the stars since they make peoples room seem nice and calm like the stars themselves i wudnt be surprised if this seasonal increased.

Heart sofa:
Habbox value - 20rd
I have seen it trade at:
19rd (1 time)
20rd (3 times)
21rd (1 time)
This seasonals seems to go up and down quiet a bit but mostly due to love in the hotel. this seasonal is a very steady one.

Holly gardland:
Habbox value - 23rd
I have seen it trade at:
23rd (3 times)
This seasonal is a seasonal is a peice of furni that people buy in bunches as they can make big profits if they make a wall so people will buy them at high prices.

Well these are all the values that have changed the most throughout the hotel and its trade rooms. All the other seasonals are selling at the values of habbox.
