new rare values plz read

current rare values .

alien aircraft - habbox value = 0.7
values i have seen - 0.8 (1 time)
0.7 ( 1 time)
0.9 ( 2 times)
1 hc ( 1 time )
at the moment habboxs value is quite accurate perhaps it should be 0.8 however a sudden rise in this rare is likely and will end up as a 1 hc on and off value.

throne - habbox value = 24cs
values i have seen - 24 (1 time )
24.5 (1 time)
23 ( 2 times)
25 ( 2 times)
there is a problem with the value of the throne. It will continue to rise, as ppl want profit for it and then habbox puts the value up this will continue to happen and it could end up being higher than some super rares wich would spoil the system.

white pillow - habox value = 0.9
values i have seen - 0.8 (1 time)
unluckly very soon after this rare left the catalouge another pillow was released (purple) so ppl quickly forgot about this rare and is rarely seen in trade rooms anymore however if this means it is becoming more rare in trade rooms ppl may start to trade over the top prices for it. ( for this to happen the pillow will have to raise now )

disco - habbox value = 0.5
values i have seen lately - 0.4 ( 1 time )
the disco sign may end up falling because they are not wanted much anymore i predict it will end up in the ports and poster section very soon .
