Strength Level to hit decent with DDP?

I've finally got 60 Attack, and i want to riase my strength!

What strength level do you need to hit 15+ with DDP??

If its for pking, a 15 isnt guaranteed with 60. It is possible but you'll hit a lot more at 65

when i was 60 strength i was hitting 12's. at 70 strength i hit 15's.

you were hitting 12's at 60 strength? what were you useing a bronze dagger?

I hit 12's at 50 strength.
