OWNER Job on Habbo Radio

(It will be based on a habbo radio with SHOUTCast)

Im looking for a joint owner that can code, web design (make templates (advanced ones in photoshop, preferably)), and that has social skills to manage the site.

I would have done these myself but cannot now as my laptop broke and i am now using a slower PC that cannot hold the programs i need. The PC is capable of letting me upload files and do everything to the site apart from designing graphics/templates on anything other than paint (as i used to use photoshop but as explained earlier i cannot use this now).

IF YOU ARE NEW TO WEBSITES AND THINK YOU KNOW HOW TO RUN THEM, THEN PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.

I am looking for people with some experience in web design and website maintainance.
