Umm, i've never tried to make a website layout thingy before, so this is my first attempt, which is probably quite obvious as it isnt exactly fantastic..So, I dont like it, it looks a bit nooby and "in-yer-face". I dunno why I bothered water marking it lmao, just felt like it

Its a bit small, theres not realy any space for content, Plus you need to make the box sizes the same, maybe not in width but in lengh to give a better feel of simatry and design.
