What do you lot think about tabbing being illegal?

For those who dont know what it is basicly they are saying u cant post tabs because its stealing

I think its BS you can hardly find music books for the bands you like and its stopping people learning to play things

Its a new law coming in or something

Mxtabs got sued and shut down but they are open again

Yeah, they made it so tabs are piracy somehow. But MXTabs have added a disclaimer somewhere and all is ok

I personally think that using tabs is only ok up to a certain degree of skill on an instrument. Once you get to a certain level you should be able to listen to the music and pick things up

It kind of is stealing, because if a band wants to milk it and sell a book with all their tabs in, then sites with the tabs on already will be stealing their profit.
I don't think it should be illegal though...I mean if it weren't for tabs on the internet, I wouldn't be able to play guitar, as with many others.

They dont sell tabs they sell a diffrent type
