Nintendo have released information about their new console, instead of keeping the working name [and in my opinion, good, name], they have decided to call it Nintendo Wii
Maybe it means something in japanese, certainly sounds stupid to the rest of the world!

Actually, check out this http://revolution.ign.com/articles/703/703593p1.html. That really has changed my opinion on the name.

I understand and agree with a few points in that link, but i still think it is a real bad name
They state Amazon, Napster and more unusual names, but the way you say them cant be closely linked to "wee".
In my opinion it has wrecked their already damaged reputation
