Ok well dueing to losing all my weapons and armour i want to buy some armour and GOOD weapons. I only have 190k so its a tight budgit i know but i will get some good armour. I would like too l3370rz like all youse so please sell me some good armour/cloaks/hoods or w.e :]

You should just be able to afford full rune.
You can't afford (t) (g) (z) etc. Unless you get adamant, which really isn't worth the bother.
