Well my dad bought the Independant news paper and this saturday and sunday it came with two mini booklets with facts and figures of modern life. Some are really quite funny and amazing so i'd thought ill share some with you guys

Oil ---

At least 39 billion barrels of oil will be pumped from the earth in 2006

It is estimated that britains cats kill 300 million wild birds and mammals every year
