i have completed my form and i have used the mailto:myemail address but the popup comes up saying 'this from is being sent using email etc'

how do i stop that and make it go to a redrict page?

The action of the form needs to be a server-side script. Practically you just need a PHP page, which gets the POST data and sends it to you.
If you decide to make it yourself, here's some stuff which might help you:

Get data from POST:
$name = $_POST['name'];

Mail function:

mail($address, $subject, $message, $headers);

the form is in html

change it to php then

[Splinter]

you cant send an email via html "/ you need a form handler i.e in php..
