I went to barrows without and prayer potions [stupid me] and wasted 24 sharks and when i finally gotten to the chest with just 5 kills, all i got was 500 coins do i need to get higher kill counts for better items?

If you want a half decent prize, you have to kill all the Brothers at least. Just kill them and go straight for the chest. Your kill count beyond the Brothers doesnt affect your prize. I killed just the Brothers and got some stuff and Karils Couf, but when I killed the Brothers and 20 things, I got runes.

I bring full mystic, sharks or lobs, pray pots, ecofungial, fire staff, airs, deaths, rune arrows and a bow. You dont need full rune and d scim. Also, if you need chaos, just kill all the brothers, go into the cave, and kill tuns of monsters.. Get like a 100 kill count and you'll probably get around 10k chaos.

my account is lvl 88 which i usually use at barrows but i find it extreely hard to just kill one of the brothers :S i bring full rune and d b sale most of the time. also, buying prayer pots, 10 for 50k
