Offering jobs in a high class restaurant, The Ruby Restaurant.


We work in teams, red or green, each team looks after separate tables during a shift. Depending on when yousend in your application, you could be in either team! We have monthly competitions asto which team has done the best work in the restaurant, the winners will get a trophy EACH!!!

Ranks:
Waitor/Waitress
Assistant Head Waitor/Waitress
Head waitor/Waitress

Pay: There is no regular pay, but the Head of each team will elect a member of their team to receive a special award weekly.

Shifts:
Monday - Friday
Afternoon Shift = 4:00 - 6:00
Evening Shift = 6:00 - 8:00
Nightlife Shift = 8:00 - 10:00

Saturday / Sunday <OPTIONAL>
Morning shift = 10:00 - 12:00
Afternoon Shift = 4:00 - 6:00
Evening Shift = 6:00 - 8:00
Nightlife Shift = 8:00 - 10:00

You will usually have the option as to which shift and days you would like to work, but if we are having a shortage of staff on a particular day, you will be allocated this information.
Senior management staff are expected to be in for at least two shifts every day apart from Sunday.
