Sorry for being, yet again, confused. I've gone onto that rsbandb thing, made my sig, put the correct stats in, and it's worked out my combat level to be 68. Yet on Runescape it says combat 67.

67.95 + 0.5 out of place = 67.45 or 68.45 ;]
