I am Using SMF forum its installed.

Sorry, I need help again. My server settings are set to read only

Edit Server SettingsThis page allows you to change the basic settings for your forum. Be very careful with these settings, as they may render the forum dysfunctional. Also note that some of these options (such as time format) are default options or for guests only.

These settings cannot be changed because Settings.php is read only.

I was wondering how I can change it. Because someone has acess to the webmaster email and I need to change very quickly before they realise what they can do.

What you need to do is go to your FTP Client or cPanel and change the permissions (CHMOD) of settings.php to 777. Then it should work.
If you don't have any idea what I'm talking about please reply back.
