Why have other countries been disabled?

I mean buying with a credit card. I bought some credits on the UK one back in April so I'm guessing it's some sort of down time.

I just wanted to know why and for how long.

I can buy creds with a CC

it says you cant use CC if you live in the UK, but I do and it works fine.

If you don't live in the UK I don't think you can buy credits with a credit card right now on HabboHotel.co.uk

What I want to know is why... and for how long since I wanted to buy but found out I couldn't... urgh
