I don't know but it seems when you type in habbohotel.com it changes just to habbo.com, also the Habbo logo doesn't seem to have the hotel part underneath it.

i think habbo.com always linked to that hotel but now habbohotel.com links to habbo.com
it sais on the site "welcome to the new layout"
so they probably changed it with the new layout.

Yep thats with all of the habbohotels with new layouts.. except uk i think.

Ehh' I just checked UK and from it being habbohotel.co.uk I assumed the rest were left like that.

I think they're attempting to register "Habbo.XX" for all Hotel's.
XX being the end of the domain, ie. .co.uk, .com, .fi etc.
As you can probably tell, Habbo is branching out into many different avenues of media, and therefore "HABBO" is more of a brand, rather than just the Hotel/Chatroom.
