Silver nelly= 5.0, they are probably the most wanted rare at the moment(seen 5 times)
Peatl Patch=4.5 a must have for habbos, summer is comin and the grass is green(seen 3 times)
Throne Sofa=3.5 habbos dont really want them for 4hcs anymore so they are dropping, they look better at christmas(seen twice)
Holiday Romance=1.3 its a popular rare during summer time and should rise(seen 6 times)
and even though i dont have values you should start buying paras
Dropping
Tubmaster=0.6 ewwwww i dont like that rare(seen 3 times)
Both the fans=0.9 even though they help you cool down in the summer they are hard to sell.(seen at least 7 times)

an unofficial fansite for a good reason.
unliked for a lot of good reasons.
popular for all the wrong reasons.
probably going to get more popular.
(not supposed to, but probably does) control the general rare values of habbo.
(not supposed to, but definately does) influence people in their decisions on habbo.
For those of us who would like an actual honest fansite practically controlling clubtropica, please do us a favour and stick to habbo. Otherwise, callie may eat you.
