Microsoft praises and reccomends Nintendo

Peter Moore, the xbox guy, in a recent interview says, "Tell me why you would buy a $600 PS3?" He went on to explain, "People are going to buy two [machines]. They're going to buy an Xbox and they're going to buy a Wii ... for the price of one PS3."

Now thats pretty cool, i also saw in an XBOX 360 magazine a few months back, good old Bill Gates was praising Nintendo for there new approach.

It seems Microsoft is using Nintendo to get at Sony. But this could mean a few number of 360 owners picking up a Wii as well. I also think due to the fact Rare have made Diddy Kong Racing DS, they may of made a little deal, but who knows.

I very much doubt this signals MS and Nintendo joining, lol.

Microsoft are just pushing the idea so that people actually think "You're right, - I could get two consoles for the price of one".

And I wouldn't say there's a deal going on because of Diddy Kong Racing - Rare have been making games for the GBA for years, they're just moving their priorities onto the newer platform.
