How to install a shoutcast server on your own server.

Does anybody know where that threads gone that tells ou how you can turn your own server into a shoutcast server with shell access ?

i looked in the tut. forum but couldent find it

Read the read me file

In shell write

cd /home/user/shoutcast_folder

then...

./sc_serv

i know how to make a shoutcast server but it takes alot of b.w to do it

Its better to get cast control,

You can sell shoutcasts and shoutcast resellers
Users can change admin pass and DJ pass.

But Shoutcast will use alot of bandwidth.
