How long do kittens take to grow

I got my kitten 3 weeks ago i always have it out with me i feed everytime its hungry pet it when its lonely and give it ball of wool yet it still hasnt grown how long does it take

Keep it following you for an hour or two (I dont know..)
Just keep feeding it and stroking it..I dont see why it hasn't grown.

to get ya kitten to grwo to a cat;
keep it out ur bank and keep it on the floor for 2 hours and each time it 'meows' feed it a raw fish

getting an overgrown cat;
same as above but for 4 hours

getting a lazy cat;
just do the sambe but never interact with it ( i think )
