Well that sucks.. ='] You have too pull over too switch your station on the radio? If your on a highway without no lay-by then you have too listen too some complete crap until you find a suitable place too pull over. Loud music? What exactly is loud music, nothing wrong with loud music gives you something too listen too when your walking down the street.
You find a temptuous gummy bear and have too pull over too eat it?

Complete crap, buts its in Liverpool - So Haha at all you scousers.

    1. No talking on a mobile
= Puts you off either you're driving or talking on the mobile, you can't do two things at once; especially whilst driving a car.

    2. Eating/Drinking
= Basically same as above, you use your hands to hold the food/drink and that alone is quite dangerous for a lot of people.

    3. Smoking
= It's classed as smoking in a public place...and more reasons.

    4. Loud Music
= Is disruptive and can scare and imtimidate people, especially old pensioners.

    5. Changing CD/Radio Station
= You've made it up, it hasn't even been mentioned and is so stupid. -.-

The loud music does, that's why you're not allowed to do it.

The second one; you didn't mention it was tapes.
