Im trying to reset/remind/whatever my Habbo password back to my email account, ive enterd all my details correctly and all that. But its been a day when I sent it, still not arrived. Sent it half hour ago, still not arrived.
Anyone know why?

Re-call: I'm sure I am because when i go to the help tool it asks for my user name and email.
