11t 1hc - seen 4 times - these have risen alot mainly becoz they r a great summer rare and go well wiv the new chinease furni
5t 11hc - seen 2 times - these are also going up as they look great in summer gardens
4t 4 hc - seen 3 times - a nice little summer rare that will make a room that lil more special
5t 6hc - seen 4 times - is more of a winter rare and i predict it will slowly drop over summer and make a quick rise at around halloween (but dats just wat i predict)
1t 10hc - seen 2 times - not very popular and not very summery its more a sporty rare

Nice values, i have to say that the gold amber is a tad higher than i would rate it at, other than that they're all accurate and well laid out!
Habbox is:
an unofficial fansite for a good reason.
unliked for a lot of good reasons.
popular for all the wrong reasons.
probably going to get more popular.
(not supposed to, but probably does) control the general rare values of habbo.
(not supposed to, but definately does) influence people in their decisions on habbo.
For those of us who would like an actual honest fansite practically controlling clubtropica, please do us a favour and stick to habbo. Otherwise, callie may eat you.
