OK, I know myself that I'm pretty fat, because I don't do anywhere near enough exercise, and I eat a lot of food (but not bad food, just lots).
The main problem for me, is that am I absolutely useless at everything single sport I've tried, other than Swimming, which for obvious reasons isn't easy to do.
The main thing I do is walk - about 40 minutes a day, but I know that I need to do more. I've tried to do sit ups every day, and it hasn't done everything.
What shall I do?

but you will have to get your parents to join too and its like £50 a month for them so idk if thats a good idea but it has pools so its great and Mentor I think he means because like you have to go to a swimming pool and stuff its not like just going out and walking.
