    Must Have:

    Ability To Manage 4 ranks; ADMIN, High Member, Low Member, Junior Member.

    ( Each rank has more access to pages ETC.. )

    Also If Someone Wants To Play a HIGH MEMBER Game They Would need To be Logged into ADMIN Or High Member..ETC...
