New Rare

When you do the quest it says the new rare are in the room. The new rare is apperently the Sea Dragon Lamp, the dark blue one. I haven't finished the quest, but Evolution said this.

Splash furni doesn't exist, the externals was a lie. (it wasn't really there)

If you did the quest you would see what the next rare is. The Sea Dragon Lamp (dark blue, originally Water Lamp)

So basically mystery solved about the new rare.
