If f2p - Defence 10 (or 40 up to you)
- Attack 40
- Strength 60+
- Range 50+
- Mage 60+ ?
- Pray 60
If p2p - Defence 1
- Attack 70
-Strength 80
- Range 80
- Mage 60?
- Pray 70
