If so..where did you get the items for it? (lava runes or w/e they were).

Think you have ess and earth runes and fire talisman and you use the fire talisman on the fire altar and it will combine them.

Once you've done it, the troll that comes when you're fishing says 'You killed da troll queen' or whatever..

Do you really need 100 combat to kill a level 170? Ive killed stuff around that levels and Im 80 ish.

It drains your prayer,, and you need prayer on.
