    yes, prayer is a great advantage have if you are making a pure melee as armour doesn't help against ranges or magers it just hurts you more. :]

    Oh o_O well 43 is pointless? 52 if you want to smite because if you'll get to 43 only I'm guessing you're a coward that prays 1 vs 1.

    what i meant is.... if you wear armour against a mage or ranger it adds damage to yourself, it's always best to remove all armour if you're fighting either a mage or ranger, so prayer is basically your only defence.

    EDIT: there's not much point in getting your prayer up if you arnt prepaired to get it to 43 as it just adds levels onto your combat.


    EDIT: Kylee not everyone can afford to get it to 52 :]

    Er, if he's fighting a good player/pure with decent range/mage lvl then him running+ using prayer won't really work out.
