Eat cereals for breakfast maybe weetabix, or shredded wheat. Try not to eat anything inbetween until dinner, and then have something like a sandwich and a yoghurt. Have nothing inbetween until tea time, then have maybe a piece of fruit for afters.

    3 Rules:

    1. Don't eat inbetween meals.
    2. If you're hungry, eat fruit or low calorie food.
    3. Don't eat if you're not hungry.

tuna is good. fish contains a lot of protien. this will increase muscle.
cheese isnt so good. contains protien, but also fat.

lol no, i dont think mints can hurt, read the back, see if they contain any fat

if they are polos, they will actually help since they contain a laxative so the food you do eat will pass through you quicker.

also, i know you said "excep exercising" but try doing some extra excercise on the places you would like to lose most weight. such as the stomach - do some sit-ups before you go sleep. this can take effect really quickly and will also give you more muscle in those areas.

    good luck.

Mints will kick you where it hurts!

They contain high amounts of sugars, and the sugar free ones will be a no no for you as they contain sucrose which is a sugar alternative that in high amounts creates a laxative effect.

Muesli or porridge is best in the morning, a small portion will keep you feeling stuffed till the next meal.

Dont agree with the "give yourself diohorrea using polos its great" as if your water intake is lower then the reccomended 2 /3 litres a day it will be dangerous very dangerous specially now its summer. Do agree with GET MORE ACTIVE and sit ups is a great place to start. Or karate.
