Hey. Me and some mates of mine are trying to make a new game. Its called pixelhotel.co.uk It will be cheaper , faster and more updated.
We are currently looking for staff.

Good luck with that and basically no one on habbox will want too help you.
Not personal, but basically all of these sites are failures. Just people who think it will be easy and we'll make loads of money out of it. Habbo most likely paid for graphics designers and lingoers etc. If anyone could do lingo and/or graphics design why would they come and do it for you?
