Sure are, they put the cb level there because its been removed from the stats bit.

The quest points one is new.. i had the combat level there before the new update

the quest points were added in new update but the combat bit has been there for a while.
Goals:
91/94 mage
60/91 runecrafting
74/80 defence
Complete all quests, 10 to go

No...Quest points have always been there, not on that page but it was in the black bit with combat lvl on the stats page before the POH update
