I need a layout designed for a Habbo Radio. I will pay you 7 HC Sofas worth, if you can do me one.

If you could make it and then post it with something like 'preview' written all over it, it would be much appreciated. If I like it I will buy it off you.

It needs space for DJ Message, Radio Statistics, Content, Navigation, Affiliates, Logo (I can do that myself or if you want to do it I will pay an extra HC), Discalimer (if possible, I can put this on a page instead) and room for the radio player itself.
