Cut trees go to Varrok lumber yard with is NOrth east then right click the guy clikc Buy plank make sure you have teh logs in ya inv and its 100gp to make a plank and 150 for an oak

Yeah at level 1 lol you need normall or oak logs and take them too the lumber yard at varrock it costs 100gp evrey normal log into a plank and 150gp for evrey oak log into a plank
