i think you over used the drop shadow.

I think it looks really proffesional and the colours all go with each other and nothing looks out of place. I think it's really good.

yuck, I'm sorry, but I really don't like it. It looks too, bleah..

It looks like it's not held in by anything. With my layouts I love a border around most things. Buttons, boxes, header etc. Text on the small boxes has been done on the program you designed it in, and looks terrible. There's a massive space between that header and the rest of the layout, which hasd a sortof gradient in and looks horrible. It looks overdone on the effects too, e.g glows and shadows.

Apart from that, it's alright. 5/10.
