There is no such thing as Superban, there is either a normal 2 hour ban or a perm ban, for which the hobbas need to see staff.
The mute commands are available to nearly all hobbas i think, it's not that much of an advanced tool, as US silver hobbas seem to be allowed it :rolleyes:"If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants."
