Ok for 2007 im aiming for all goals 60+ yeh. So it seems like this:

Frees smithing (Im 49 so full steel) woot. You provide bars.
Free r/c (Im 35) you provide ess.
Free herblore (Only 12) You provide the herbs.
Free crafting (32) You provide the gems,hide w.e


Maybe fletching iuno. Io think 30k Arrow shafts look good in a bank

Do the Digsite Quest. It takes about and hour and a half, 2 hours top, and from lvl 12 herblore, you'll get 22 or so.
