I'm looking for somebody who has a VB board to join me in a project. I have the domain pureteens.org with 2 shoutcast radios. I am looking for somebody who has a VB so we can make a website where teens rate each other by posting pictures.
If you are intersted PM me. As I am aware, there are "Habbo" sites that have this, but I am making this a outside habbo project.

Just use a PHPBB board of Invision Board, They are still decent forums...

Exactly, He wants to open a site as cheap as possible and make someone else who wouldnt even own it to use their VB which cost them a lot of money

phpBB is a good forum tbh, there are loads of mods you can get (like REP) for free!

Why don't you just use something like Mybb.. or that yabb one?
Or SMF if you want something different.
